Please note that we are available to do presentations seven days a week and we can present mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Presentations have been given to groups as small as three people and as large as 300 people. We can also do live digital presentations to anyone across the province! Click here to learn more.

Is there a fee for presentations?

The Schizophrenia Society believes the stories from people living with mental illness are invaluable, because of this we give each speaker an honorarium of $35. Most organizations are able to help us with this cost by giving a donation or honorarium of $35 - $70. Many organizations are able to give more, this helps us to reach other groups who may not have the funds to help cover our costs. Presenting in rural areas increases our organization's costs and that can be discussed with a coordinator. Our agency can provide receipts or invoices for these donations.

If cost is a barrier, special arrangements may be possible. Please contact a coordinator with any questions you may have.
